230 pm Officially started the water diet sometime after lunchtime so I am already feeling hungry. 3pm Going for a short bicycle ride to read my book and feed Boris the crow . Watched this video by Eric about 5 day fasting benefits. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=O1zKV3eqevc Weight in Kilograms at 7pm was 115 kg Feeling sleepy and will take a nap TOTAL = 400 Calories and a few biscuits this is because it began after breakfast. |

Tuesday
2nd September Was working at pc most of the day and trading. Gold hit a new high today No food so far today, only water and black coffee no sugar Weight in Kilograms at 3pm was 113.2 kg TOTAL = 0 Calories and I was craving for crispy and salty beef mince curry but resisted. Checked BP around 10pm and it was still high 155 / 89 and 149 / 85 |

Wednesday
3rd September The doctor called and told me cholesterol is 5.9 which is too high, my last test in 2017 was 4.6. This number needs to be below 5. She said the Q-Score is 14.5% so it means thats the odds of having a stroke or heart attack in the next 10 years. Change butter to olive oil spread, less bacon, beef, fatty food. More fish tuna, salmon, nuts, seeds. Suggested putting me on a statin called Atorba 20mg 1 a day I will try and lower it myself with exercise and better diet then retest in a month. Weight in Kilograms at 10am was 110.6 kg Checked BP around 1pm and it 144 / 85 ( the lowest of 3 readings about 3 hours after taking med ) Weight in Kilograms at 2pm was 110.8 kg just from water drinking After 41 hours without food I had beetroot, cashews, salad, tuna, mixed nuts and raisins. One bowl. Felt sleepy after eating the 1st bowl, but not on the 2nd bowl why is this? |

Thursday 4th September The list of herbs suggested by Eric Berg to reduce-remove plaque from artereis Niacin, Nattokinase (Japanese from fermented soybeans) , vit D, vit E, aged garlic, magnesium, pottasium. Then the bacterial foods such as fermented greens contains vit K2 such as saukraut, Brie cheese, salami. Weight in Kilograms at 10am was 111.2 kg before breakfast. Todays breakfast 3 poached eggs in boiling water + piece of salmon + spinach + pine nuts. |

Suggested by Eric Berg Oddly enough I am very low on carbs and sugar but I crave sugar and buscuits a lot. Weight 113kg and going to the gym to do 10 sets where 1 km = 1 set or the entire weight range = 1 set. Taking a Niacin first and will buy Vitamin B1 after I noted a massive boost in energy and lung function when taking Niacin in a fasted state, so now will try in post breakfast gym session ( salad ) |

Food and vitamin notes 17th
September 2025 The learned things included Magnesium is needed to allow other vitamins to work including D A C etc so always get magnesium into your food. Eat tofu, Salmon, greens, nuts not too much red meat and half the plate should salad and fruit and quarter fat like avocado pork and a quarter protein. Thiamin foods, Mussels, Navy Beans, Brown rice, Tofu, Green peas, flax seeds, Salmon, Pork chops. Take magnesium each day and B1 Thiamine -B3 Niacin, D Omega3, MultiVits, Ginko biloba, Red ginseng, Ashwaganda. Seems to be working, much more energy and feeling good, gym work is easier and cycling is faster, but still crashing to sleep after meals and also if up early. Solve this? Ordered testosterone and blood sugar test to show 3 months insulin information. Pure Keto means No fruits expect berries, strawberries, blackberrys, raspberrys. Add MCT oil to coffee in the morning made from coconuts. If you get the urge to snack during the day it means not enough fat included in the last meal. NO SNACKING |

Fast notes 19th - 20th
September 2025 The mood is sombre as its the anniversary of my Mothers death. Drank some advocat on the evening of 18th at 10pm Thursday evening + 2hours Woke up anxious on 19th Friday and very nauseous just drank water and went to sleep Nauseum faded and was replaced by aching kidneys. No food all day +24 hours Woke up early 4am could not force myself out on bicycle as still feeling poorly. Had coffee no sugar - Resting and reading about Michael Burry's trades. Plan to eat steak avocada eggs and salad at 4pm making this fast 2 + 24 + 16 hours = 42 hours which is one hour more than last time. Annoyingly even a short fast is supposed to resure "re-feeding" in small meals with an hour or so gap between. After the tiny meal of bit of mackerel, cottage cheese, tomato, red pepper and 2 eggs I felt a bit sleepy 20 mins after but it passed. |

Vitamin D3 + K2 notes 25th -
September 2025 The new knowledge from Dr Berg is that K2 is needed and often missing as it is found in most cholesterol causing foods. Also the 1000 iu vitamin d is only just a meagre dose so 20,000 iu has been ordered with K2 included as they work together.
