Rental price. Ideally I am looking for a 1 yr contract from April 2012 rent will be approx £2000 per month with a £4,000 down payment for the Olympic and Paralympic period non refundable ( this is for my security if the tenant leaves just after the Olympics) After Olympic period the rent will be reduced to around £1333 per month for the remaining 6 months of the contract.
Example of Maths. Total for whole year = £24,000 ( 2000 x 12) On booking you pay 1 month deposit+ £4000 Olympic deposit.
Rent will be paid from April to September at £2000 per month x 6 months + £4000 Olympic deposit = £16,000. Once the Olympics and Paralympics are over the remaining 6 months rent will be paid at the lower rate of £24,000 annual rent minus what has been paid £16,000 = £8,000 divided by 6 months = £1333 per month.
