The Precision Stop for NinjaTrader GOLD and SILVER  ( "Faulty goods" refund policy )

Precision Trading Systems has taken great care to ensure the products on this site are well programmed to work as intended, and the nature of software is such that items cannot effectively be "returned" in the same way as if one had bought a set of golf clubs etc.

          Precision Stop has been tested by trained NinjaTrader technicians and passed their tests.

Refunds will be given for the following reasons.

• All my code is guaranteed to work correctly (which does not mean it is guaranteed to make profits on every market you select) in the unlikely event that one of these products computes a false value due to a programming error then PrecisionTradingSystems will issue a full refund of the purchase price if the fault cannot be corrected within 5 working days from the receipt of proof in the form of screenshots and a description. These must be reported within 30 day of receipt of items.
• If the indicator verification (compiling) is an issue PrecisionTradingSystems can log in via remote pc access and correct it for you. If the compiling error is due to a faulty Ninja script which is open on your pc then you will not be eligible for a refund as this platform does not allow scripts to be imported if one script is already faulty. If the compiling is due to an error in Precision Trading Systems code then a full refund will be issued if the problem cannot be fixed within 5 working days.

The Precision Stop GOLD strategy is ONLY designed to be used on the following chart types in the NinjaTrader  platform.

Candlesticks or OHLC Bars in the format of Volume, Tick, Minute, Days, Months Weeks, Volume, Range

The following chart types cannot be used

 Renko, Kagi, Point and figure or Line Break charts cannot be used due to the nature of their "in hindsight" processing of real-time information or inability to plot high and low prices accurately on each bar.

In strategy back testing of these chart types ( mentioned above in RED font ) can lead to misleading performance results for this product. so they are disabled by default.

License FAQ 

Question:

How do I find my NinjaTrader machine id?

Answer:

Go to Control centre, click on help, about, and your machine ID is the 3rd line from the top, you can copy and paste this into your Paypal order when you purchase. 

Question:

What happens when my license expires? Are there any obligations to me?

Answer:

You will get a notification message on you NinjaTrader7 platform showing expiry is coming soon. You can renew your license if you wish but are not obligated to do so.
